WHAT DOES THE PROCESS OF DESIGN LOOK LIKE?

In short, we listen, research, collaborate, and respond. We dive into each project head-first and put a heavy emphasis on your business, your space, and the functions of it. We believe two heads are better than one, so we work together on each project to make sure that you get the best ideas possible and that you end up with the best design solution that not only looks great, but works great.

ARE WE A GOOD FIT? YOUR PERFECT DESIGN MATCH? DO YOU...

MORE ABOUT THE STUDIO...

KRISTIN JORDAN

Kristin holds dual degrees in interior design and architectural sciences. Her architectural experience includes restaurant design, office design, and high-end residential with both local and national clients.

Her favorite thing about design is nuance:: being able to make design decisions based on subtle differences in color, line, pattern, and space can take an "okay" space and really push it over the edge to a idiosyncratic place.

DANI HARRIS

Dani holds a degree in interior design from Western Kentucky University. She has worked in design firms and architectural firms specializing in everything from construction documents to materials and specifications.

Her favorite thing about design is the way a well designed space affects a person's mood, productivity or even community. When things like circulation, ergonomics and lighting are incorporated just as they should be, people and communities can reach their maximum potential.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICING OPTIONS?

Pricing varies depending on the size & scale of the project as well as the the scope of work. Let's get together to chat about your particular project & then we can give you a better idea on numbers. Most projects will be quoted a flat-fee rate for design. This is often a better pricing strategy, so that you know what to expect and that fees fit within the overall construction budget. A typical construction project budget starts at $80,000 and a typical furniture package starts at $20,000.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT THAN OTHER DESIGN FIRMS I'VE WORKED WITH?

We are interior designers that have architectural experience; we are focused on your space and how it functions. We are visual by nature, and do whatever it takes to communicate an idea to you, the architect, and/or contractor, whether that be images, 2d drawings, or 3d models.
